Euro IRP membership is open to independent research providers who meet our eligibility criteria. The association maintains rigorous selection criteria for new members in order to ensure that the reputation of the industry is protected and that member applicants continue to be free from conflict.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify as a Certified Provider Member, applicants must attest to the following:
- The firm is an independent research provider, free from conflicts of interest arising from investment banking or brokerage activities
- The firm's primary business is the provision of investment research
- The firm has been in operation for at least one year
- The firm has a demonstrable client base
- The firm agrees to comply with Euro IRP's code of conduct
